Breastfeeding may be the most natural thing in the world, but that doesn't mean it always comes naturally.

Most new moms struggle with breastfeeding in the beginning, but knowing some basic principles and easy tips can help those initial days go a little smoother.

This INFANT FEEDING class is 3 hours. It's high-energy, interactive, and fun! We'll discuss breastfeeding basics, pumping, bottlefeeding, paced feeding, how to track feedings/diapers, going back to work, and what makes a good latch.
