This 7 hour, no-fluff curriculum covers breastfeeding, bottlefeeding, pumping, swaddling, soothing,
newborn sleep, preventing sleep troubles, helping babies thrive, establishing routines, and more.

New parents will leave feeling more prepared than ever for the journey ahead.

This class is a MUST for first-time parents!

Cost is $185 per couple. Includes comphrehensive resource packets, tea, and snacks.
