BIRTH Express: Johnson City

Tricities parents-to-be! Join us for our upcoming BIRTH Express class on Sunday, April 6th (6-9pm)!! This 3 hour class will give parents-to-be a basic knowledge of what to expect in childbirth and introduce you to birth through the eyes of a doula. 

Topics include: evidence based birth 

• signs & symptoms of early labor
• partner support tips & involvement
• when to go to the hospital and what happens when you’re there / stages of labor & strategies for each unique part
• what to expect in the hospital in the time of Covid-19 / navigating your options
• communication with your partner and your medical team
• medical pain relief options (non-medical pain relief....register for our Comfort Mearsures) / interventions, options, and alternatives
